1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the criarou website and enrolment in any criarou program, delivered by criarou, Suite 3200, First Canadian Place, 100 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5X 1A9, Canada. By using our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
2. Our programs
criarou provides leadership development coaching, business communication training, strategic thinking workshops and career planning sessions. Program content, format and coach availability may vary between cohorts and are subject to reasonable change to maintain quality.
3. Enrolment and payment
Programs are billed monthly or annually as selected at enrolment. Annual billing is offered at a 30% discount against the monthly rate. Fees are payable in advance of each billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4. Seven-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your program within the first seven days of enrolment, contact us at info@criarou.digital to discuss your options, which may include a refund, subject to the conditions set out in this section and applicable consumer protection law.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
criarou provides coaching, training and structured program support. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, salary increases or income as a result of participating in our programs. Results depend on individual effort, role and organizational context.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your enrolment at the end of any billing period by notifying us in writing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied thereafter.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, curriculum content and resources provided as part of a criarou program remain the intellectual property of criarou and are licensed to you for personal use during your enrolment only. Materials may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, criarou shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our programs or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
